Acceptance of Terms

By contacting LockPro Mobile, requesting a service quote, scheduling a service appointment, or using our website at lockpromobile.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully before using our services.

If you do not agree to any of these Terms, you may not use our services or website. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time, and continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Services Provided

LockPro Mobile provides professional mobile locksmith services including but not limited to:

• Car lockout / automotive unlock services
• Residential home lockout services
• Lock change, replacement, and rekeying
• Key fob programming and transponder key cutting
• Lock installation and hardware upgrades
• Ignition repair and replacement
• Commercial locksmith services by arrangement

All services are performed by licensed, insured, and background-checked technicians. We reserve the right to decline any service request at our sole discretion, including requests that may be illegal, unsafe, or outside our area of expertise.

Service Area

Our primary service area includes Henderson, Las Vegas, North Las Vegas, Boulder City, Summerlin, Enterprise, and surrounding communities in Clark County, Nevada. Service availability beyond these areas is at our discretion and may be subject to additional fees.

We make every effort to respond within 20–30 minutes within our primary service area. Actual response times may vary due to traffic, weather, call volume, and technician availability. Estimated arrival times are not guaranteed.

Scheduling & Dispatch

Services may be requested by phone at (702) 847-0834 or through our online contact form. Dispatch of a technician is subject to availability. By requesting service, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information about your location and the nature of the service needed
• Be present or have an authorized adult present at the service location
• Provide proof of ownership or authorization for the property or vehicle (see Authorization section)
• Contact us promptly if you need to cancel or reschedule before a technician is dispatched

Cancellations made after a technician has been dispatched and is en route may be subject to a trip/dispatch fee to cover the technician's time and travel costs.

Payment & Fees

LockPro Mobile is committed to transparent, upfront pricing. Before any work begins, our technician will provide a clear quote for the service to be performed. Payment is due upon completion of service unless other arrangements have been made in advance.

Accepted Payment Methods

• Cash
• Major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover)
• Digital payments (Apple Pay, Google Pay) — where available

Additional Fees

• After-hours surcharge: Services requested between 10:00 PM and 6:00 AM may be subject to an after-hours fee
• Trip fee: A dispatch/trip fee may apply if a technician is sent out but service is not completed due to customer cancellation or incorrect information provided
• Parts and materials: Any parts required (locks, cylinders, key blanks, etc.) are charged separately and will be disclosed in the quote

We do not engage in bait-and-switch pricing. The price quoted before work begins is the price you will pay, barring any unforeseen complications that are disclosed and agreed to before proceeding.

Customer Authorization & Identification

For the safety and security of all parties, LockPro Mobile technicians are required to verify that the person requesting service has legal authority over the property or vehicle before performing any work. You agree to:

• Provide a valid government-issued photo ID upon request
• Provide proof of ownership or right of access (e.g., vehicle registration, lease agreement, property deed, or utility bill with matching address)
• Sign a service authorization form before work begins

LockPro Mobile reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who cannot or will not provide satisfactory proof of authorization. This policy exists to prevent unauthorized access and protect the community we serve.

Limitation of Liability

LockPro Mobile carries general liability insurance and strives to perform all services carefully and professionally. However, our liability for any claim arising from services rendered is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.

LockPro Mobile is not liable for:

• Pre-existing damage to locks, doors, vehicles, or property
• Damage resulting from unusual circumstances or conditions not disclosed to the technician prior to service
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind
• Loss or damage to personal property left in or around a vehicle during automotive locksmith services
• Delays in service due to traffic, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control

By requesting our services, you acknowledge that lock and key work can sometimes require force or drilling if non-destructive methods fail, and that such outcomes will be discussed with you before they occur.

Warranty & Service Guarantee

LockPro Mobile stands behind the quality of our work. We offer the following guarantees:

• Workmanship warranty: All labor performed by our technicians is warranted for 30 days from the date of service. If a defect in our workmanship causes the issue to recur within this period, we will return to correct it at no additional charge.
• Parts warranty: Hardware and parts installed by LockPro Mobile are covered by the manufacturer's warranty. We will assist you in processing any valid warranty claim.

This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, unauthorized modification, normal wear and tear, or issues unrelated to the original service performed.

Customer Conduct

LockPro Mobile technicians have the right to work in a safe environment. We reserve the right to immediately stop work and leave any location where a technician is subjected to threatening, abusive, or unsafe behavior. In such cases, a trip fee may still apply.

Customers must not misrepresent their identity, authority, or the purpose of the service request. Any fraudulent or illegal use of our services will be reported to the appropriate authorities.

Website Use

Our website at lockpromobile.com is provided for informational purposes and to facilitate service requests. You agree not to:

• Use the website for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the website or our systems
• Reproduce or distribute website content without written permission
• Submit false or misleading service requests

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and design — is the property of LockPro Mobile and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Clark County, Nevada.

We encourage customers to contact us directly first to resolve any concerns before pursuing formal legal action. We are committed to resolving disputes fairly and promptly.
